Bell Phillips architects has been granted detailed planning consent by London Borough of Lambeth for the proposed development of Acre Lane, Brixton.

The development will accommodate studio and warehouse space through the extensive remodelling of an existing 1960's office building and construction of a new building alongside it. The resultant courtyard formed between the buildings will provide the site with a thriving hub for activity with open galleries and bridge links encouraging social interaction.
