Won through an international design competition, this £6million project incorporates work to approximately 250 existing low-rise dwellings on a post-war housing estate in East London. We are working alongside the local authority in close consultation with residents to develop a range of measures that will improve the appearance of the estate, upgrade the existing building fabric, revitalise the public realm and create a wider mix of dwelling types. Construction of phase 1 was recently completed and provides bedroom extensions to increase the number of family dwellings. |
