The L-shape 2-bedroom house wraps itself around a south-facing garden providing direct access to amenity and plentiful daylight to the habitable rooms. The house is designed to be constructed to high densities and incorporates a range of sustainable features including a whole-house wind-driven passive ventilation system and a green roof that allows the collection of rainwater.
