This mixed tenure 18-unit residential development in the Thames Gateway will offer a mix of accommodation including maisonettes arranged to ensure sleeping accommodation is above the floodplain.

The design comprises two buildings that face onto communal gardens on one side and a canal on the other. The buildings enclose a south-facing courtyard. A masonry base gives the building a grounding in its context whilst the timber cladding above consciously reflects and compliments the mature  trees around the site.

The building was completed early spring 2010.
