The masterplan is arranged around a linear park which extends from the existing churchyard in the south to a new ornamental lake to the north which provides high quality amenity for residents as well as contributing to the sustainable drainage of the site and providing grey water for the development. The waterways and amenity space create a rich and varied wildlife habitat across the site.
