This site located in the south of Russia comprises a combination of distribution warehousing, light industrial units and retail units together with welfare and management facilities to be constructed in two phases.

The site has been arranged to optimise the layout and minimise infrastructure required and will incorporate a range of sustainable features including rooflights to reduce the requirement for lighting, sustainable urban drainage, rainwater harvesting and a highly insulated building fabric.
